Canada Border Services Agency seizes weapons, ammunition at Windsor and Niagara crossings
Canada Border Services Agency says it has seized six prohibited firearms, 13 magazines, two pepper sprays, brass knuckles, a switchblade and ammunition, all in a span of 48 hours and all from four ports of entry, two of which are in Windsor.
The weapons and ammunition were confiscated at the Windsor-Detroit Tunnel, the Ambassador Bridge, the Peace Bridge between Buffalo and Fort Erie, Ont., and the Lewiston-Queenston Bridge ports of entry, the CBSA said in a post in X, formerly Twitter.
