Calvin Klein debuts its ‘Calvin or nothing’ Spring 2023 campaign starring celebrities at the fore front of artistry baring it all.

What comes to mind when we think of Calvin Klein? Minimalism, sensuality and artistry. The latest chapter in Calvin Klein’s ‘Calvins or nothing’ campaign captures exactly that as the world’s biggest names in music, film and fashion strip back in unadulterated confidence. The new collection is Calvin Klein doing what it knows best — minimalist, comfortable fashion for you to express your true self.

Shot by world-renowned photographer duo, Mert & Marcus, the campaign stars existing ambassadors JENNIE, Kendall Jenner and FKA Twigs, as well as new faces, Michael B. Jordan and Aaron Taylor-Johnson.

The Music Icons

In the visuals, BLACKPINK‘s JENNIE embraces minimalism as it’s done at Calvin Klein. A stark difference from the glitzy costumes she performs in, the pop star is down to her essentials debuting the new Athletic and Modern Cotton Performance line.

In the campaign video, JENNIE dons a denim jacket with 90s-inspired jeans gradually peeling back her layers, both figuratively and literally, to her most stripped back state. Vulnerable yet confident, JENNIE wears the Modern Cotton Bralette. 

While we are on music icons, FKA Twigs epitomises artistry as she debuts a new unreleased track alongside her visuals. In the campaign shots, we get to see the person behind the FKA Twigs moniker sans the exorbitant set production usually present in her music videos — raw and real.

Never one to disappoint when it comes to a visual, the British songstress gives a performance, capturing her distinctive movements we all have come to know her for, in the Geo Lace triangle bra. Does the ‘Cellophane’ singer do it for you?

The Supermodel

What’s a Calvin Klein campaign without the era’s biggest model? Growing up in front of the camera, Jenner shies away from her family’s reality show to get more familiar with the camera in a different way.

Following in the footsteps of supermodels before her, Jenner unveils the iconic CK denim styles in new washes and 90s-inspired silhouettes. Usually known as the more private of the Kardashian clan, the campaign gives us a peek at how the model is really like off-duty. Fashion chameleon, Kendall Jenner is unapologetically herself as she shows us her more intimate side (in her Calvin’s of course).

The Actors

Michael B. Jordan exemplifies what it means to be confident in your own skin. The Black Panther star demonstrates energy and passion while cladding in Calvin Klein’s new unrestrictive, sporty fit of underwear.

Sexy, passionate and confident; the actor draws us in as he displays the tenacity and athleticism that has gotten him where he is.

Aaron Taylor Johnson’s brings his brand of magnetism for his debut campaign for Calvin Klein. While we are used to seeing him on the big screen, the actor proves that he’s just as hypnotising as he dons the latest collection. The actor is uninhibited as he dances and leaps in the iconic Calvin Klein underwear and jeans.
