California Hit by Winter Storms

A winter storm brought fierce winds, heavy rain, and snow to parts of California, on Tuesday, January 26, and caused thousands to lose power, reports said.

This footage, by Gabriel Fletcher-Hernandez, shows driving snow along Carson Pass in the central Sierra Nevada, in the early hours of Wednesday, January 27.
