Bus falls into gorge in India, killing passengers
The accident happened when a minibus carrying passengers going from Thathri to Doda area fell into a gorge.
The injured were rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment.
Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi expressed grief over the accident on Twitter and announced an ex-gratia of 200,000 rupees, or $2,673, for the family of the deceased and $668 for the injured.
Indian roads are among the world's deadliest.
