Bull Elk Graze in Salt Lake City Neighborhood

Two curious bull elk were spotted wandering through the residential neighborhood of Yalecrest in Salt Lake City on January 14.

Local man Peter Van Horn told Storyful that he first saw just one bull elk outside his home at 7am. He then spotted two elk together that evening.

He told Storyful that the animals stopped traffic as they crossed the street, and paused to graze in someone’s front yard.
