Bryce Hall is back in the news, but shockingly, this time it doesn't have to do with Addison Rae. The TikTok star is under fire after he got in a fight with the staff of an LA restaurant on Monday.

According to TMZ, which has a video of the brawl, Bryce and some of his friends started vaping on the restaurant's patio, which is illegal in LA. When they were asked to stop, they refused. That's when Bryce allegedly blew smoke in the face of one of the workers. A source tells TMZ that Bryce and his friends then jumped on an employee and threw the first punch, but Bryce has another story, which he told to Buzzfeed News.

He says that while he was vaping, he listened to the manager when he was asked to leave and the report of him blowing smoke in someone's face "is a total fabrication." Apparently the trouble started when he asked for his credit card back repeatedly and the manager said, "No, get the f*ck off my property." According to Bryce, the manager then grabbed him and dragged him out of the place, which cause the fight to breakout. Bryce admits to putting someone in a headlock, but says it was to defend his friend.

"[The manager] grabbed me and tried to pull me out so I threw his hand off and said, 'Don’t touch me, what’re you doing?' and he proceeded to grab me again," Bryce told Buzzfeed News. "Then my friend walked in the middle of us to stop the commotion and the two of them started pushing each other. I put my hand in the middle and tried to stop it. The manager then proceeded to tackle my friend to the ground and that’s when I got on top of him and put him in a head lock in an attempt to get him to stop fighting."

A source who was at the restaurant at the time told Buzzfeed that Bryce's retelling of the fight was accurate and it was one of the workers who "put his hands on [Hall] first." The source did say, though, that he wasn't sitting too close and couldn't "exactly hear what was going on."

Rory Fitzpatrick, who was also at the restaurant, commented on the TikTokRoom's coverage of the event, saying that TMZ's retelling of the events is "COMPLETELY false." He went on to say that the restaurant wouldn't release the security footage "because they know it will show their employee assaulting Bryce first." He continued, saying, "Bryce was physically assaulted by an employee before anything started."

At this point, it's hard to know who is telling the truth or if the real story lies somewhere in the middle.
