Brown Bear and Rescue Center Founder Bond During Playtime

The bond between a co-founder of a New York-based wildlife rescue center and the animals he cares for is obvious in footage showing him enjoying some playtime with a Syrian brown bear.

The Orphaned Wildlife Center, located in Otisville, New York, was co-founded by Jim Kowalczik, who can be seen in this footage having some fun with Leo, one of the center’s numerous resident bears.

The center often shares videos and updates about the animals in its care to its YouTube channel and Facebook page. Credit: Kerry Clair via Storyful
