Brits scrambling for flights back to the UK from Portugal

Britons are scrambling for flights back to the UK, on the last day before Portugal is moved from the government’s green to amber travel list. Travellers must arrive in England before 4am on Tuesday June 8th or else they will have to quarantine for 10 days at home. Holidaymakers originally were allowed to visit the country without the need to quarantine, before the government’s latest announcements. UK’s Department of Transport revealed the change on Thursday June 3rd over the concern in the spread of Covid variants, including mutation of the Delta variant.
