Britney Spears is using her sweet tooth for good this Valentine’s Day.

The pop icon, 42, is celebrating the holiday by partnering with one of her favorite New York City spots Glace to make a limited-edition dessert, PEOPLE can announce exclusively. Best of all, a portion of profits will be donated to The Trevor Project.

Spears has collaborated with the shop, founded by Sasha Zabar and known for elaborate ice cream dishes and towering hot chocolates, to create the Britney Brûlée. The dish is an elevated version of Glace’s viral s’mores hot chocolate — and the store’s first espresso creation.

On top of its mocha base (a Spears favorite!) the drink features a rim of the shop’s toasted marshmallow fluff, as well as a heaping scoop of housemade chantilly cream. The name comes from its garnish — a crème brûlée-inspired caramelized sugar disk, which, naturally, features a “B” for Britney created with mocha dust.

It's available only from Feb. 14-18 for $14.

Spears is a dessert lover (and a “chef in the works,” per her Instagram bio) so the collaboration was a no-brainer.

“I was scrolling on Instagram, and I came across the Glace hot chocolates and I lost my mind!” Spears said in a statement. “New York has always been a really special place for me and when I discovered Glace I knew I wanted to do something special with them and partner with a local business in N.Y.C! I can’t wait for you to try what we created together!”

The Britney Brûlée was created with a purpose that's just as sweet as the dessert itself. Twenty percent of sales generated will go toward The Trevor Project, a nonprofit dedicated to ending suicide among young LGBTQ+ people.

The monogrammed, marshmallow mocha will be available at Glace during the shop’s regular hours, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Spears's special Valentine’s Day treat comes on the heels of a special milestone for the singer.

In January, her bombshell memoir, The Woman in Me, surpassed two million copies sold in the United States, according to a press release from publisher Gallery Books.

"Thank you to all the fans who have supported me and my story," Spears said. "Love you All!!!”

Published in October, the long-awaited memoir — which follows her Spears's life from her Mouseketeer days and success as a teenage pop sensation to now — broke records within its first week on shelves, selling over 1 million copies. It was an instant New York Times bestseller.

Speaking about the powerful book for PEOPLE’s cover story ahead of its release, Spears said: “It is finally time for me to raise my voice and speak out, and my fans deserve to hear it directly from me.”

“No more conspiracy, no more lies," she added, "just me owning my past, present and future.”
