British Army Opens Drive-Thru Coronavirus Testing Center at Closed Amusement Park

The British Army carried out drive-thru testing for the coronavirus on May 1 in the parking lot of a closed amusement park.

The United Kingdom was under pressure to carry out more tests on May 4 after the number of people tested fell to 76,500 on May 1, below the 100,000 daily target.

The UK’s Department of Health and Social Care reported on May 3 that 187,842 of its people had tested positive for the coronavirus, and 28,446 Britons had died of COVID-19.
