Britain's Prince Charles and Camilla arrive in Rwanda

STORY: The royal couple were greeted by officials as they stepped off the plane.

Charles and Camilla, will visit the Kigali Genocide Memorial and meet survivors of the 1994 slaughter of 800,000 Tutsis and moderate Hutus on Wednesday (June 22), and are also expected to call on Rwanda's President Paul Kagame and First Lady Jeannette Kagame and tour a land restoration project.

CHOGM's high-level sessions and ministerial meetings are to take place on Saturday (June 25).
