Bridget Moynahan is feeling the love!

On Wednesday, the Blue Bloods star, 52, shared a photo on Instagram of a cute card her husband, Andrew Frankel, gave her in honor of their eighth wedding anniversary. The card featured a whimsical drawing of a boy and girl with the message, "To the Woman I'm So Glad I Married."

Moynahan was clearly touched by the card — and its sweet sentiment. "Oh.... and marry a man that sends you cards like this on your anniversary. And encourages you to invite new friends to celebrate your anniversary 👍💕," she wrote.

She added the hashtag #harvestmooncelebration, a nod to the fact that her and Frankel's 2015 wedding was a complete surprise for their guests. The pair invited their loved ones to Wölffer Estate Vineyards in Sagaponack, New York, for what they thought was a harvest moon celebration.

However, they soon discovered the autumn gathering was actually a party to celebrate Moynahan and Frankel's nuptials. Earlier, the couple had exchanged vows in an open field on the vineyard, with just a small group of family and close friends looking on.

"They decided to keep the ceremony secret," event planners Ann David and Nicky Reinhard of David Reinhard Events told PEOPLE at the time. "Only family and a small number of close friends attended before the party."

Soon after, "Guests arrived and were immediately surprised to hear the news!" They said, adding: "Bridget and Andrew loved the idea of an intimate, fall harvest wedding."

Moynahan shared the happy news on Instagram that same day, including a photo of her and Frankel holding hands as they enjoyed a walk through the vineyard in their wedding finery. "Oh, by the way, guess what I just did," she quipped in the caption.

After announcing her engagement, the Sex and the City star called her new fiancé "the nicest guy ever" while appearing on The Rachael Ray Show. "Genuine, kind and sensitive. He's the best," she declared.

In a 2021 interview with Glamour, Moynahan offered another rare glimpse into her relationship with Frankel as she reflected on "finding love in your 40s."

"What I learned was sometimes you have to fish in another pond, as the saying goes. I had been dating people in the industry. I met a really solid, good human being with none of the pretension or all that other litter. He's a really good person and a good partner," she said. "I don't think as a younger person I understood what that meant when it pertains to real-life situations."

Frankel has three sons from a previous relationship. A source told PEOPLE ahead of the couple's marriage that they were looking forward to blending their families.

"Jack is excited to be gaining three incredible older brothers," the source said of Moynahan's son.
