Who Is Brandon Sklenar's Girlfriend? All About Courtney Salviolo
Brandon Sklenar recently had the support of his girlfriend at the 'It Ends With Us' premiere
Brandon Sklenar is playing the romantic leading man in It Ends With Us, but his real-life relationship is much less public-facing.
The actor, who recently starred in the Yellowstone spinoff 1923, is currently dating Courtney Salviolo, a nutritionist and personal trainer.
During an interview with Forbes published in August, he briefly opened up about Salviolo, noting that despite his busy schedule as an actor, he’s a “homebody” and loves to spend time with his partner and dog.
Recently, Sklenar had Salviolo by his side as he attended the premiere of It Ends With Us. The two were seen arriving at the event together before posing alongside his costar Blake Lively and her husband Ryan Reynolds on the red carpet. They have also given several glimpses of their romance on social media through the years.
Here’s everything to know about Brandon Sklenar’s girlfriend and what he’s said about their relationship.
She’s a personal trainer and nutritionist
Salviolo is a personal trainer and nutritionist and regularly gives tips on healthy living on her Instagram account The Uncommon Balance, including advice about workouts, food and mindfulness. Upon creating the page in February 2022, she noted that her goals were to share her education and personal experiences with her followers.
They’ve been dating for several years
Although it’s unclear when Sklenar and Salviolo started dating, they’ve shared posts together since 2022. In July 2022, Salviolo posted a cute video of the actor taking photos of her for her company. She noted that she has a fear of getting her photograph taken and added that one of her tips was creating “a solid support system around you (in this case my boyfriend helped me through these photos).”
Despite his busy schedule, Brandon said he's most at ease at home with Courtney
In August 2024, Sklenar confirmed he was in a relationship while telling Forbes about his busy work schedule for 1923, which required him to film in Africa. “It was the first time I had done something like that, where I was gone for that long, he explained, noting that it was “really jarring” as he couldn’t “really communicate with anybody” during that time.
“I’m eternally grateful for it for the rest of my life, but it was emotionally challenging,” he said, adding, “I’m a homebody — I love to be home with my partner and my dog and my house. The irony is I have a job that takes me everywhere, which I love, too. It’s a weird dichotomy.”
She supported Brandon at the It Ends With Us premiere
Sklenar and Salviolo attended the premiere of It Ends With Us in New York on Aug. 6. The couple was seen walking inside AMC Lincoln Square Theater together before posing alongside his costar Blake Lively and her husband Ryan Reynolds on the red carpet.
They’re private about their relationship
Salviolo will occasionally share a glimpse of their relationship on social media, but Sklenar keeps his posts primarily about his work. However, after the It Ends With Us premiere, he made a rare post about his girlfriend as he replied to a clip showing him and Salviolo posing with Lively and Reynolds.
“I mentioned to Blake I wanted to get Courtney in the photo,” he wrote in the comments of an E! News post. “Courtney was unsure if that was something she wanted to do. I told her to let me know if she was comfortable with it and we would make it happen.”
In reaction to some comments about his facial expression in the video, he explained, “I’m a private person and very protective over my home life outside of this world … My face reflects anxiety. The gum helps with nerves. Please be kind and I hope you see this film X.”
They have a dog together
As Sklenar noted in his interview with Forbes, the two share a dog, Remy, who occasionally can be seen in Salviolo's social media content. In a post shared in June 2022, she talked about how her dog has been her “lifeline” for the past 10 years, helping her through various health issues.
“When I started experiencing chronic pain I felt defeated and lost,” she wrote in the caption. “Remy stuck right by my side through every pain spell. I will forever recommend an animal for added support during a healing process, or lifestyle transition. Dogs not only give you unconditional love, but they get you moving!”
