Bosco Wong nominated at NY Festival

13 Apr – Bosco Wong has recently been shortlisted for the Best Actor category at the New York Festival TV and Film Awards.

As reported on Mingpao, the actor is nominated for his performance in the Shaw Brothers' series, "The Impossible 3", and will be competing against other contenders from other international shows including from Brazil and Singapore.

Speaking about the nomination, Bosco expressed, "I am so happy that the judges liked it. It is a great honour to be shortlisted with actors from all around the world."

"I hope foreign audiences will learn more about Hong Kong actors and appreciate the dramas produced by Shaw Brothers," he added.

This is not the first time that Bosco has received international recognition, as the actor had won an international accolade - having won Best Leading Actor for his performance in "Golden Brother" at the Europe China Image Film Festival in 2014.
