SOT (Spanish) Sabina Orellana, Bolivian Culture Minister, saying:

"Coca leaves are very meaningful to the people of Bolivia because it's always with us, like another member of the family. It's never missing from our homes, used as medicine, or just to chew on, or even read our luck."
