Manuel Inacker, Sara Ferro, Stephen Belden, Lester and Hunt are producing alongside EPs David Lipper, Robert A. Daly Jr., David Grove Churchill Viste and Jayne Sullivan.
“It’s been incredible getting to film Replay in North Macedonia, a country that could not be more thematically appropriate for the story we’re telling in the film, with an amazing cast led by my partner Blu Hunt who I had the privilege of writing with,” Lester stated. “This is an extremely personal story for both of us, for Blu especially fearless. I can’t wait for people to get to engage with it.”
“With Replay,” Hunt added, “I am really exposing myself as a person and as an actress. Honesty was the most important thing to me when I started this project with Jason. Being honest and being provocative and challenging to myself and to the audience. Everything about making this movie has been a profound experience for me and others involved and I think that will be felt in the images playing out onscreen.”
Previously seen in The New Mutants and on such series as Lawmen: Bass Reeves, Grown-ish and Another Life, Hunt will next be seen starring opposite David Thewlis on The CW series Sherlock & Daughter.
Seen on Max’s Love Life and Showtime’s Homeland, Vack’s feature credits include indies like The Feeling That the Time for Doing Something Has Passed, The Sweet East, PVT Chat and Brittany Runs a Marathon, to name a few.
Hunt is repped by IAG, Death Wish Entertainment, and Jackoway Austen Tyerman; Vack by Luber Roklin Entertainment and Jackoway Austen; Klimoska by Das Imperium Talent Agency; and Krantz by 3 Arts Entertainment, Gersh, and McKuin Frankel Whitehead.
