Blowing Snow Causes Visibility to Plummet in Western Minnesota

Road visibility plummeted in Minnesota’s west amid snowfalls across the Gopher State on Sunday, December 26.

This video, shot by Carol Bauer on her way home from church, captures the severity of conditions near Graceville.

“Our usual 30 minute drive took two hours,” she told Storyful.

Bauer said she and her husband came across five vehicles stuck in ditches and that they helped pull one out, adding that the others were either already receiving assistance or abandoned.

“My husband and I were happy to get home,” she said.
