Billie Piper's new Sky Atlantic drama I Hate Suzie has been heavily praised by viewers following its premiere tonight (August 27).
The new eight-part drama – which Piper co-created with her Secret Diary of a Call Girl writer Lucy Prebble – follows a no-longer-famous pop star whose life completely unravels when her phone is hacked and images of her performing a sex act are leaked all over the internet.
To make matters infinitely worse, the man she's pictured with isn't even her husband.
Well, as you'd expect from that thrilling premise, viewers were utterly gripped by the opening episode.
And with the series now available to watch in its entirety on NOW TV, Sky TV on demand and Sky Go, some have already decided to binge the rest of it.
"Really needed an escape. Thanks to @billiepiper et al and #IHateSuzie I have it. Fantastic first episode. Now, sleep, or more episodes?" tweeted one viewer.
Another wrote: "The first part of #IHateSuzie is so intense. Billie Piper is so watchable - could be a good one. So far."
"Binged watched #IHateSuzie and can safely say, it's been the best day of my life," added another.
