Bill Clinton 'Glad to Be Home' After Release From Hospital

Former US President Bill Clinton has said he was “really glad to be back home” after a stint in a California hospital.

In a video statement on October 20, he thanked supporters and the staff at UCI Medical Center.

“I’m on the road to recovery, but I want to remind everyone out there, take the time to listen to your bodies and care for yourself,” he said.

The former president, 75, was discharged on Wednesday after his fever and white blood cell count normalized. He was finishing a course of antibiotics on his return home, his physician said. Credit: Bill Clinton via Storyful
