The National Weather Service (NWS) said accumulating snow could cause low visibility and slick road conditions for parts of southwestern and central Nebraska on Thursday, December 29, amid a winter weather advisory.
Footage shows “big snowflakes” falling at the NWS’s office in North Platte on Thursday morning, the weather service said.
The Nebraska Department of Transportation asked drivers to use caution while traveling in northeast, south-central and central Nebraska on Thursday morning.
