Biden ASEAN pact 'will tackle biggest issues of our time'

STORY: At a summit of the United States and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) in Cambodia, Biden said the agreement would help build "an Indo-Pacific that's free and open, stable and prosperous, and resilient and secure."

"Today we take another critical step, began a new era in our cooperation, with the launch of the U.S.-ASEAN Comprehensive Strategic Partnership.
