The best selection of movies and TV series seem to be released during the summer, and the 2021 lineup from the most popular streaming services is sure to offer something for everyone.

Netflix is bringing back one of its most popular franchises by offering up the next chapter in "The Kissing Booth" trilogy, along with a gender-swapped remake of the 1999 teen comedy, "She's All That." The upcoming "He's All That" stars TikTok influencer Addison Rae as she kicks off her acting career, playing a girl on a mission to transform one of the most unpopular guys in high school into the prom king.

Amazon Prime Video is bringing its own star-studded series "Nine Perfect Strangers" to screens, and stars Nicole Kidman and Melissa McCarthy. The suspenseful drama series is based on the book of the same title, by Liane Moriarty, who also penned "Big Little Lies" and helped turn the novel into a smash hit for HBO.
