Benny Blanco Lists His Longtime New York City Apartment for Sale for $4 Million

The producer, whose been in a relationship with Selena Gomez since June 2023, also recently share a look inside his Los Angeles home

Benny Blanco is looking to say goodbye to his longtime New York City home.

The songwriter and producer, 36, has officially put his Chelsea condo on the market for $3.9 million, Realtor.com first reported. Property records show Blanco purchased the home in 2011 for $3.4 million. John Gomes, Jacqueline Wilde and Fredrik Eklund of Douglas Elliman currently hold the listing.

Blanco, who co-wrote songs including Rihanna's "Diamonds" and Kesha's "Die Young," recently shared a look inside another house, his Los Angeles home base, sharing how he uses the space with girlfriend Selena Gomez.

In a video tour with Architectural Digest in May, the Open Wide cookbook author showed off his unique interiors, including the vintage-inspired bar station where he makes the "Single Soon" singer's favorite drink.

"My girlfriend actually only drinks one drink, no matter what," he said of Gomez, 31. "It's just vodka, ginger beer, and lime."

Though Blanco and Gomez have known each other for years, they only started dating in June 2023 and publicly confirmed their romance later that year in December. The couple collaborated on the music video for Tainy and J Balvin's song "I Can't Get Enough," which was released in 2019.

While Blanco acknowledged that his L.A. house is a bit “kooky,” his New York property is a bit more conservative. The white-walled, modern space does still house some quirky, colorful art and bold accessories that give a nod to its owner in the listing photos.

Featuring three bedrooms and three bathrooms, the loft-style pad is located just minutes away from the High Line. The 2,200 sq. ft. unit recently underwent a gut renovation.

Inside the home, a long foyer leads residents directly into the living and dining area with 11-foot ceilings. In total, the home boasts 13 seven-foot windows overlooking the city skyline.

Connected to the living area is the kitchen, which features barstool seating and sleek appliances.

The primary bedroom offers a walk-in closet and an attached spa-like bathroom with dual sinks.

While the second bedroom can be used as a guest room, the third bedroom can double as an office or recording studio. It’s also equipped with a Murphy bed for additional guest accommodation.
