Yo ho, yo ho, a pirate's life for me.

After channeling Y2K icon Christina Aguilera, supermodel and scent connoisseur Bella Hadid slipped into another turn-of-the-millennium look for an outing in New York City over the weekend. Yesterday, Hadid wore an off-the-shoulder Pirates of the Caribbean-approved puffy-sleeve blouse with a pair of black capri pants, proving once again that the fashion cycle is revving up to embrace the return of Tumblr-approved looks and pieces with the Lauren Conrad stamp of approval.

Hadid's Guizio top featured a tie detail and a keyhole cutout at the bust as well as a straight-across neckline and long sleeves. She paired the cropped white shirt with black capris with a leg-skimming fit and a pair of dainty ink-black mules with tiny bows that echoed the throwback vibes of her 'fit. To finish it all off, she added a slouchy Coach hobo bag and a pair of tiny oval-shaped sunglasses. Hadid wore her signature brunette hair in cascading curls and added a shimmering, pinky-beige lip color.

While Hadid has been taking a break from the runways lately, she's not hanging up her catwalk heels just yet. She joins A$AP Nast and Jules Koundé as the face of Adidas's new campaign for the SL 72 sneaker, which is set to be this season's It sneaker (sorry, Sambas). The shoe is named for the year of its debut (1972) and features a sporty jagged sole, bold side stripes, and a mix of supple suede and techy nylon materials.

With the Olympics just around the corner and athleisure surely set to take the spotlight at the games, Adidas hopes the new release will align with the world's focus on sports and competition. With Hadid front and center, there's no doubt that the shoe already has fashion cred, so it's only a matter of time before the streets are flooded with SL 72s and, fingers crossed, capris.
