Bella Astillah withdraws from new drama, "Terjerat"

14 Mar - Bella Astillah has decided to withdraw from her latest role in the drama, "Terjerat", which stars husband Aliff Aziz and Ruhainies.

The singer-actress confirmed the news to the media after sharing an Instagram post where she met with producer Dato' Sri Jaspal, and said, "Before I made the decision, I went to see him first. He understood my situation and accepted the decision that I made."

In the said post, Bella wrote, "This was yesterday. Thank you, Dato' Sri Jaspal. Thank you for your understanding. I wish you a long life and I hope to work with you again if there is a chance."

Bella was originally cast to play Ruhainies' sister who ruins her marriage after stealing her husband (played by Fendy Bakry).

Ruhainies and Aliff made headlines last week after they were caught for suspected khalwat by JAWI at a luxury condominium.
