The BBC's Glow Up has revealed that Maya Jama will replace Stacey Dooley as host for its third series.
The broadcaster has now confirmed that former BBC Radio 1 DJ Maya will be the new host of Glow Up ahead of its return later this year.
"I absolutely LOVE Glow Up and can't wait to join the family!" Maya said. "I'm obsessed with make-up and creating different looks – it's going to be so much fun and I can't wait to see what the MUAs get up to."
Series three will also see the return of judges Val Garland and Dominic Skinner. Speaking when she announced her exit, Stacey said: "It was such an utter delight to work alongside Dom and Val. Total stars.
"And of course, a real treat to meet the artists, and appreciate their creativity! It's a show v close to my heart, and I wish everyone involved in the next gig, all the love in the world."
Stacey also hit back at "unnecessarily cruel" comments she received after announcing This Is MY House, saying: "I got the same criticism doing Strictly and Glow Up.
"I did well on Strictly and Glow Up went on to be a global series, that was recommissioned and Netflix took. I don't know why this platform is so unkind."
Glow Up series 1 and 2 are currently available on BBC iPlayer. Series 3 will air later this year.
