A person trying to evade police early on the morning of November 11, after allegedly stealing two cars in a suburb of Melbourne, Australia, was caught by police after getting tangled in a fence.According to Victoria Police, the 19-year-old man was driving a stolen Holden Commodore in Frankston when officers tried to stop the car at about 1:15 am.Police allege the man then sped away from officers and a chase ensued, resulting in helicopters being brought in to assist.
