Barbara Corcoran, 75, Jokes Her Facelift Is the Most Expensive Thing About Her Appearance: 'Worth the Money'

Barbara Corcoran jokes about her facelifts on TikTokBarbara Corcoran’s face is one of her most valuable assets, figuratively and literally speaking.
The Shark Tank investor has referenced her cosmetic procedures with humor before, and in a TikTok post shared on April 9, the 75-year-old made another candid quip about her past nips and tucks.
Corcoran’s video is a slideshow composed of two photos. In the first, the businesswoman wears a hot pink blazer and poses with her hand on her hip while flashing a big smile. “What’s the most expensive thing you’re wearing,” is written over the image. In the second, she reveals that it’s her facelift (or facelifts) that have got the biggest price tag.
Below the photos, Corcoran wrote that investing in her appearance was “worth the money,” adding, “At least I’m honest!” with the hashtag #plasticsurgery. She didn't, however, disclose how much she paid for the procedures.
The post was similar to a response JoJo Siwa had when she was asked to spill the most costly thing she was wearing on the 2024 GLAAD Media Awards red carpet on March 14. “Most expensive thing I’m wearing, my teeth. These mother f------ cost me $50 grand,” the former Dance Moms star confessed of her veneers.
This isn't the first time Corcoran has opened up about her plastic surgery. In May 2023, she posted a side-by-side photo on Instagram showing her on season 1 of Shark Tank in 2009 and on season 14, which concluded last spring. Despite the 15-year difference, the photos of Corcoran then and now barely look like they were taken a day apart. “2 facelifts & 100+ deals later…” she captioned the post.

Last year, she also revealed on an episode of Doctor Mike’s podcast that she had undergone an eye lift after encountering a health scare with basal cell carcinoma.
“I had built my business, sold it, and I worked so hard building that business that my face looked it, so I decided to have a facelift right after I sold my business. I was 46. I went to the best surgeon in New York, checked everybody out, showed up at his office, ready to make my appointment for the facelift and he sent me to a cancer doctor.” Realizing she had to go under the knife, Corcoran decided to get an eye lift at the same time she was getting the cancer treated.
With or without work done, Corcoran is still youthful at heart, especially when it comes to her fashion sense. Whether she’s dressing up in all shades of Barbie pink or pulling off her best impression of Martha Stewart’s Sports Illustrated Swimsuit cover (which made the lifestyle mogul the magazine’s oldest model at 81) in a plunging one-piece, Corcoran knows how to seal the deal on a fabulous style moment.
