Bank of England don't have 'evidence' to up interest rates

The Governor of the Bank of England Andrew Bailey says they do not "have the evidence" to increase interest rates from 0.1% "yet". He states they need the dust to settle on the transition from furlough before "making our minds up", but adds he doesn't expect a return to the "old world" interest rates before the 2008 crisis of 4-5% soon.
