The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine reported that a school in Bakhmut, Donetsk, was hit by a Russian airstrike on June 8.
In a statement, Ukrainian officials said that there were casualties from the airstrike, according to a machine translation, but did not say how many or what condition victims were in. They said the school was completely destroyed and police and rescuers were working on the site. They said investigators were examining the incident as a possible war crime.
