The Great British Bake Off - Channel 4 - 8pm
Gingerbread colosseum, anyone? That's right, biscuit week has arrived in the tent, which means last week's anti-gravity cakes are about to look easy in comparison to tonight's showstopper.
The task for this year's bakers is to recreate a favourite childhood toy out of biscuit, and with some of the most talented contestants we've ever seen, we can't wait to find out what they make.

EastEnders - BBC One - 7.30pm
Walford's resident serial killer Gray is ramping up for more evil shenanigans as he sets his sights on a new victim tonight.
Gray has been growing increasingly obsessed with Whitney, but when she's offered a new job as a cruise ship singer he begins to panic.
Efforts to talk her out of going don't work, so Gray looks to be heading for his next option - watch out, Whitney...
Saving Lives At Sea - BBC Two - 8pm
The documentary about RNLI volunteers continues tonight with a tense race to save two young men struggling in the water near St Agnes.
It's particularly poignant for the crew as they had a fatality in the same area of coast just the year before, so they pull together in determination not to see the same tragedy play out again.
Unbelievable Moments Caught On Camera - ITV - 9pm
Alexander Armstrong narrates this home video clips series that presents some of the most incredible moments people have managed to film from around the globe.
Look out for a man being rescued from an almost certain plunge into a waterfall that will give you nightmares, and a Hitchcock-esque scene of a family's home being invaded by birds.
