Baby Lizard Can't Resist Tasty Dandelion Treat

A baby lizard in Washington simply couldn’t resist a tasty treat, footage posted on April 27 shows.

Footage by reptile hobbyist Cora Sharpe shows her young ornate uromastyx Akko wiggling his body as she gently approaches him.

Sharpe described this as a “threat display” that means “leave me alone”. However, Akko appears to change his mind when he spots Sharpe is holding a dandelion flower, and quickly rushes over to start munching on its petals.

She said that Akko, who is nine months old, “is getting used to being around people.” Credit: @Colubrids101 via Storyful
