Baby girl rescued after falling down gap between platform and train in southern China

A 1-year-old girl was rescued after she fall into the gap between the platform and a train in Chengdu, Sichuan Province. Just two minutes before the train was due to leave, the girl fell onto the tracks after running off when her mother was packing luggage. As the platform was very high and the gap was narrow, the girl was asked to move slowly towards the carriage connection where the gap was a bit wider for people to get her out. Since the gap was still too narrow for an adult male to get in, the mother went down a pulled her daughter out. Fortunately, there was no injury caused to the little girl. The video was filmed on October 31 and provided by local media.
