Authentic Talent’s Brian Sokolik & Joshua Cohen Join Digital Talent Firm Odd Projects

EXCLUSIVE: Odd Projects, the management company that represents a number of digital stars, has added two Authentic Talent execs.

Brian Sokolik joins as Managing Partner and Joshua Cohen joins as Talent Manager. Sokolik was most recently Head of Digital at Authentic Talent and Cohen was a manager.

Sokolik started his career in the mailroom at 3 Arts Entertainment before becoming a talent manager at Fullscreen Media and then joining Authentic. Cohen spent 11 years at Authentic

They bring over clients including chef, and content creator Joshua Weissman, singer-songwriter Alex Warren, who has over 20 million followers across TikTok, and adventure YouTuber and host Mike Corey.

Odd Projects was founded by former WME and Anonymous Content exec Nate Ruff in 2020. Ruff began his career in the Digital division at WME, brokering deals for Donald Glover and Robert Rodriguez before joining Anonymous Content’s new Emerging Platforms division where he continued to manage digital creators and consulted for Alicia Keys.

“Brian and Josh are each highly respected Talent Managers with first-class relationships and we’re excited to welcome them to the team,” said Ruff.
