Atmospheric River Storm Brings Flooding to San Mateo County

Streets were swamped by floodwater in parts of San Mateo County, California, as the region was battered by another atmospheric river storm.

Video released by the Cal Fire San Mateo-Santa Cruz Unit shows flooding in Pescadero.
