Artist Creates ‘Mount Recyclemore’ Electronic Waste Sculpture in Cornwall Ahead of G7 Summit

Artist Joe Rush created a multistory sculpture he called “Mount Recyclemore” in Cornwall, England, out of the faces of the seven world leaders attending the G7 Summit.

Footage captured on June 7 by Joshua Gilbert shows the faces of Boris Johnson, Yoshihide Suga, Emmanuel Macron, Mario Draghi, Justin Trudeau, Angela Merkel, and Joe Biden made from electronic waste.

Rush aims to highlight the environmental damage caused by the disposal of electronic devices and show they can easily be reused or recycled, according to reports.
