Arrests Made, Officers Injured at Protest Outside Iran's London Embassy

At least 12 people were arrested and several police officers injured during a protest at the Iranian Embassy in London on Sunday, September 25, following the death in police custody of 22-year-old Mahsa Amini in Iran earlier this month.

Footage recorded by Eyad Aldulaimi shows protesters holding Iranian flags confronting Met Police officers in front of the embassy.

The Met Police said the protest turned violent at the embassy before moving on to Marble Arch and the Islamic Centre of England in Maida Vale.
