Army free cars stuck in snow in northern India's Ladakh territory

Local police and members of the Indian Army rescued two vehicles stuck in the snow in northern India's Ladakh on March 30. Video shows rescuers in Ladakh's largest town, Leh, using shovels to clear up to three feet of snow between the Khardung La and South Pullu regions. According to local sources, it took officials three hours to escort the stranded passengers to safety.
