KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 10 — A group of teenagers chose the wrong place to create chaos when they entered a cafe where there was a police presence.

The suspects, armed with bows, arrows, slingshots and a machete, stormed the cafe at Makassar, South Sulawesi on November 6.

Unknown to them, a group of policemen were having their break at the cafe, Coconuts Jakarta reported.

Makassar Police Crime Investigation Unit chief Reonald Simanjuntak reportedly said police chased after them upon seeing the suspects armed with weapons about to enter the cafe.

Three of the nine suspects were arrested after a chase while five more were arrested in follow-up operations with one suspect still at large.

"The perpetrators were mostly underaged,” Reonald reportedly said.

Investigations showed the motive for the attack was revenge as the suspects had a previous altercation with the café’s parking attendant.
