Armed Civilians Fire Weapons, Hurl Rocks From Behind Barricade in Mandalay

People in plain clothes threw rocks and fired weapons, some homemade, from behind a barricade in Mandalay, Myanmar, on March 23, video shows.

Reports said the Myanmar military exhibited homemade weapons they said citizens have used against soldiers in a press conference on Tuesday.

Local news reports said at least 260 people have been killed in protest actions and clashes with soldiers since the start of the junta, and at least five were killed on Tuesday.
