Arizona Man Documents Damage Inflicted by Deadly Flash Flooding

A state of emergency was declared for Gila Bend, Arizona, on Saturday, August 14, as flash flooding killed at least two people in the town.

Gila Bend resident Jesse Arizai Galvan Castillo bore witness to the destructive nature of the deadly floods when he inspected damage to his home and surrounding areas.

In this footage, Galvan Castillo walks through his home, surveying rooms flooded with muddy water. He also inspects his flooded neighborhood.
