Archbishop Desmond Tutu casts vote in South Africa’s local government elections

Archbishop emeritus Desmond Tutu and his wife Leah cast their special vote at their home in Milnerton, Cape Town. The special vote is cast by people who are unable to go to the polls on voting day due to illness or work duties. South Africa holds its local government elections to elect new town councils on Monday 1st of November.
