JARED BLIKRE: The biggest company on the planet announced a new product, so we're going to listen. And we might even have a date-- just ask Siri. We're going to bring in our own Dan Howley, who's got the details. Dan, go for it.

DAN HOWLEY: Yeah, this new announcement on April 20 is when we're expecting Apple, or when Apple says it will have its event. It's called Spring Loaded. That's kind of the tag line that goes along with it. And essentially, what we're hoping to see, or expecting to see, are new iPads, possibly the iPad Pro lineup. That's something that's been rumored for quite some time.

They should have performance that will kind of be closer to what we've gotten out of the MacBooks with Apple's M1 chip. There's also potential talk of seeing those Apple tags finally show up. Those are the little devices that you would stick on your keys or something else. And if you lose them, you can ping them using your smartphone.

And then, finally, one of the guesses that I'm taking as far as what you might see has to do with Apple and AR. Essentially in one of the promos that they tweeted out, there's showing this kind of animation. It looks like an AR app called Tilt Brush that's built by Google. Apple has been doing a lot in AR. They've talked about it with the iPad, as well as the iPhone. So it would make sense for them to make some form of announcement. And there's been a lot of rumors about whether or not we'll see some kind of glasses or headset along those lines. That may be still a little early, but you can expect potentially some AR to be on the lineup.
