Applause as Pride Flag Raised in Upstate New York

A pride flag was raised outside City Hall in Jamestown, New York, on June 12, starting the start of the town’s Pride Fest.

The town’s mayor, Eddie Sundquist, participated in the event, which also included a remembrance ceremony in honor of the victims of the Pulse nightclub shooting, Chautauqua County said.
