Thousands of anti-abortion protestors joined the annual 'Marsch für Leben' rally in Berlin on Saturday (September 18). Most attendees are members of Germany's conservative Christian community. Right-wing politician Alexander Krauß (CDU) also joined the rally to voice his support. However the group was met by left-wing feminist groups who disrupted the gathering by chanting loudly, holding pro-choice banners and performing acrobatics. One group attempted to form a human chain to block the anti-abortion demo but was quickly disbanded by the police.
