Anna Jobling surprised to be one of local personalities with highest searches on Google
14 Dec – Anna Jobling recently admitted that she was surprised to find out that she is one of the local personalities with the highest search on Google.
The actress, who ranked seventh in the list, believed that the success of her previous drama, "Melur Untuk Firdaus" was the main factor in her getting such attention.
"I am confident that these searches are positive in nature and involves my career. Melur Untuk Firdaus helped a lot in raising my name, as well as the support from fans in Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Brunei and Southeast Asia," she said.
However, Anna stressed that being in the list truly humbled her, and that it made her want to work even harder.
"People use Google to find information, so I am thankful for that, as it makes me want to do my best in my career," she added.
Among other local personalities listed as the top trending searches on Google Malaysia include the Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim at number one, and media personality Zalina Azman, whose disappearance is still a mystery.
