Angelina Jolie turned a starry red carpet event into a family affair.
At the 2024 Governors Awards ceremony in Los Angeles on Sunday (November 17), the Maria star enjoyed a rare night out with her youngest son, 16-year-old Knox Jolie-Pitt, whom she shares with ex-husband Brad Pitt.
The duo made a dashing cameo on the carpet, with Angelina delivering a sustainable fashion statement in an ethereal unlabeled vintage gown sourced from the Kit Vintage, complete with a metallic gold bust, a gauzy tiered white skirt, and a backless design. She paired the one-of-a-kind dress with show-stopping jewelry, donning a pair of ornate diamond-encrusted dangle earrings and a glittery, geometric bib necklace.
As for Knox, the teen looked suave in a classic black-and-white tuxedo with a sharp bow tie.
FYI, Knox is one of the celeb’s six children. His siblings are 23-year-old Maddox, 20-year-old Pax, 19-year-old Zahara, 18-year-old Shiloh, and 16-year-old Vivienne.
Angelina has previously opened up about her approach to parenting during an interview for Harper’s Bazaar’s December 2019/January 2020 cover story. “Knowing our true self is a very important question for all of us. Especially a child,” she said at the time. “I think kids need to be able to say, ‘Here’s who I am, and what I believe.’ We can’t prevent them from experiencing pain, heartache, physical pain, and loss. But we can teach them to live better through it.”
