Americans Reminded to Water Their Christmas Trees
After grabbing attention on Twitter with advice on how to safely cook a Thanksgiving turkey, the US Consumer Product Safety Commission took the opportunity to remind people to water their tree this Christmas.
Ahead of the holidays, the commission released this footage showing how fast a tinder-dry Christmas tree can burn up. “Water Your Tree,” they said.
