She’s already a household name thanks to acting roles and her spot on the Britain’s Got Talent panel, but Amanda Holden is making herself a star on a much smaller screen.

The 49-year-old is a joy to behold on social media platform TikTok, frequently letting her hair down by cracking jokes, drinking rosé and messing about with her daughters: Alexa, 14 and Hollie, eight.

Holden’s also got involved in several hilarious challenges, which have often kept us entertained while stuck on lockdown.

Here are some of her very best videos to brighten your day…

Amanda Holden joins TikTok

Holden’s knows how to make an imactful entrance on stage (anyone who’s seen the BGT live shows can vouch for that), and the star did just that with her first foray into TikTok.

Casually dressed in a pair of trackies, Holden dances alongside her dog Rudie in a seriously adorable clip.

Wipe It Down

Remember when Holden took the bins out in a ballgown, in what is possibly the most peak-Mandy moment of all time? In a similar vein, the TV personality took part in TikTok’s trending Wipe It Down challenge, which sees TikTok users go make-up free before ‘wiping down’ a mirror and unveiling their glamorous transformation.

But no-one quite pulled it off like Mandy, who went from relaxed daytime tracksuit to full yellow prom dress in seconds.

Getting her daughter’s attention

Holden previously told Standard Online that quarantine made her realise that she wants to have a better work-life balance after lockdown.

“I intend to make sure I balance my life a lot better,” she said. “My children are growing up - I've got a 14-year old got a little eight-year-old, and I don’t want to miss any of them growing up. It’s been an interesting time.”

However, her TikTok shows that she may be struggling to get her eldest daughter Alexa to pay attention, as not even chasing after her eight-year-old Hollie on a unicorn could get her off her phone.

Flour challenge becomes a family affair

In another family effort, Alexa and Hollie joined Holden in what became a particularly messy TikTok challenge.

The children stood in front of a pile of flour while ther mum answered a series of questions about her daughters, ranging from ‘who has the messiest room?’ to ‘who gets away with the most?’ by dunking them in face-first.

Family Sunglasses fail

Hollie was roped in to another of Holden’s TikTok challenges, with the pair dancing to Banana by reggae artist Conkarah.

The pair start the clip with sunglasses on their heads and as the beat drops, they attempt to flick the eyewear down onto their faces.

However while Amanda’s (impressively, it must be said) stay in place, Hollie doesn’t have the same luck – with her pair sadly falling to the floor.

Better luck next time, ladies!

Family portrait

Holden’s husband of 12 years Chris Hughes makes a rare appearance in front of the camera for this special TikTok, which sees their youngest daughter Hollie clamber onto the family’s lap to recreate a very special photo from back when she was just a baby.

Anne Bo-gin

Lockdown has seen some of us go a little stir-crazy – and Holden isn’t any different.

For reasons only she could explain, our favourite BGT judge donned an Anne Boleyn costume for a slow-mo run to a glass of gin. Amazing.

Amanda the Magical

She can sing, she can dance and she can make us laugh, but Holden can also levitate…or can she?

Calling over Alexa and Hollie to stare at her magic trick, the girls were left less than impressed when they uncovered that Holden was using a broom to give the illusion that she was floating. Still, she had us fooled.

Mama Ain't Cooking Tonight

Standing at her own mini bar, Chef Holden made the announcement that the home kitchen will be closed.

Mouthing along to Mama Aint Cookin Tonight Periodt, the star said: “Attention all members of this household. You are on your own for dinner, I am not cooking tonight.”

What Holden may not have been expecting are the cheers and screams from her family, as she hung up her wooden spoon for the evening.

Thanking the Lord for wine

Brandishing a large glass of red, Holden mimed along to a video which explained a young girl’s favourite Bible story.

“When you run out of wine, you better get on your knees and pray,” she said, before taking a deep glug.

Holden werks it

Treating the radio studio as her own personal catwalk, the Heart FM breakfast host jokingly stumbles between the wall before powering through into her best strut.

For keeping us laughing throughout lockdown, Mandy, we salute you.
