The Britain's Got Talent judge – who recently wowed with her glittering gown for the first live show of the new series – also shared a video showing the photoshoot taking place around the capital.

The former Spice Girl was one of the famous faces – including Julie Andrews and Michelle Obama – offered the opportunity to record a few words to be shown at last night's Platinum Party at the Palace.

She said: "Our Queen, kind... loving... strong... serving our country, the Commonwealth, uniting us all together.

However, some viewers felt that her tribute was "super weird" and a bit "over the top".
